Using Frames to Display "Helper Pages" from the Corvid Servlet Runtime

Ideally, when a system asks questions of the end user, they will be able to easily answer the question. However, in many cases the user may not understand the question or it may be desirable to provide a more detailed explanation of what is being asked. One way to handle this is to use frames, with the Corvid questions asked in one frame and another frame displaying "Helper Pages" as needed. The helper page displayed is controlled by the question currently being asked. Also, some questions may not need helper pages, or may ask many questions at the same time and require the full browser window.
